1. What Deedgrove is

Deedgrove lists homes and land offered at accessible prices, gathered from public listing sources. We are a marketplace and facilitator, not the seller, broker, or title company of any listed property. Listing details come from third-party sources and may be inaccurate, outdated, or no longer available. Always verify ownership, title, taxes, zoning, and condition independently before closing any purchase.

2. Membership

Browsing is free. Requesting a purchase requires an active membership billed monthly. Memberships renew automatically until cancelled and you may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Purchases and payment plans

When you request to buy a property you may pay in full or choose a 3-month plan, which splits the purchase price plus a financing charge into three monthly payments. Submitting a request starts our review; it does not guarantee the property is available or that a sale will complete. If a purchase cannot be completed, amounts paid toward that purchase will be refunded. Prices shown on Deedgrove include our service margin and may differ from the price on the original listing.

4. Emails you agree to receive

By creating an account you agree that we may send you:

• Account emails — sign-in confirmations, password resets, and security or account-status notices.
• Transactional emails — receipts, payment confirmations, purchase-request updates, and closing-status messages about transactions you start.
• Marketing emails — new listings, price drops, saved-search alerts, promotions, and newsletters about Deedgrove.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Account and transactional emails are part of the service and continue while you hold an account. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect emails required for your account or purchases.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, copy, or republish our listings at scale, interfere with the service, use another person's account, or provide false information. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from property defects, title issues, third-party listing errors, or failed transactions, beyond refunding amounts you paid us for the affected purchase.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions? Reach us through the links in the footer.
