Deedgrove

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026. This policy explains what Deedgrove collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

How we use it

Who we share it with

We share data only with the providers that run the service: our payment processor for charges, our email service for delivering messages, and our hosting/database provider for storage. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any email, request a copy or deletion of your account data by contacting us, and clear visitor cookies in your browser. Deleting your account ends membership billing and removes your profile, though we may keep transaction records where the law requires.

Security & retention

We use encrypted connections and access controls, and keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

Deedgrove is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a revised date. Material changes will be announced by email.
